The steel straightening and cutting machine is used to straightening wire or rebar, and then cut it into the needed length. It can do a prepare work for the wire mesh welding machine.
Features
1. The machine has a secondary blanking device. When do packing and moving of the cut-to-length wire, it will not affect the machine normal working condition.
2. The cut-to-length wire will be aligned automatically to avoid the problem of disorder.
3. Straightening speed and traction speed of the machine are all CNC controlled and stepless adjustable. Users can adjust them to get best straightness according to different wire conditions.
4. The machine uses fully enclosed protective cover. Every part of the cover is able to be opened or closed separately. Moving parts all have warning color notice and special measures for security.
5. The machine is equipped with dust recycle interface. Dost absorption and filtration system could be added according to customers requirement.
6. There is high pressure dust blowing system and spray lubrication system at the wire entrance. Wire surface status could be improved accordingly.
